Finally, my confinement is over! I started postnatal massage this week -- the massuer helped to push up and flatten my tummy using binder. Gosh, gotta have the binder on for 10 hours -- felt like a hot human "dumpling" *haha* Our little princess is growing fast -- her cry is getting louder as her lung power developed :P

Our little princess was having growth spurt this week -- interval between feeding is 1-1.5 hour! Each time Yuan2 woke up -- she would be crying for milk. With little time to rest, I was totally drained and started to wonder whether my milk supply is sufficient. Finally, we made the difficult decision to supplement with forumla milk. Yuan2 had her first bottle-feed with formula milk -- happy that she adapted easily to suck from bottle. However, it was a nightmare when she forgot how to latch properly! Gosh, nipple confusion after 1 try @ bottle feed *faint* Luckily I found a solution to re-train her to latch properly. Will stay away from bottle feed for the time being.
